IT Project Coordinator / SAP Project Coordinator

About the role

A detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator is sought to support the planning, execution and delivery of IT and SAP projects. The role acts as a key link between Project Managers, technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation and communication. The position is based in Qatar and requires fluency in both English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing IT and SAP projects by tracking progress, scheduling tasks and keeping projects on track.
• Prepare, maintain and update project documentation such as project charters, meeting minutes, reports, schedules and status updates.
• Write technical documentation, including manuals, process documentation and IT procedures, clearly in English and Arabic.
• Track and report project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders, vendors and technical teams, and organize meetings, workshops and presentations.
• Support budget tracking, procurement requests and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security and governance standards, and help adopt project management tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in IT project coordination or support roles, preferably in SAP project delivery.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Professional certifications such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile Fundamentals are preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello or Asana.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, SDLC and software project delivery frameworks is an advantage.
