About the role

The Manor Club Manager leads the daily operations of the exclusive Manor Club and Apartment Lounge at Rosewood Doha, delivering the highest standards of luxury service to club‑room and suite guests. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will ensure a seamless, memorable experience that reflects Rosewood’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Manor Club and Apartment Lounge operations, maintaining service excellence.
• Manage and motivate a team of associates, ensuring punctuality, proper uniform, and professional appearance.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify development needs and plan career improvement for team members.
• Control operational expenses while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure integrated guest experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing upscale hospitality or club environments.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and budgeting skills.
• Ability to maintain a healthy, collaborative work environment.
