Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing Communications Manager will join Mandarin Oriental Doha’s Commercial Strategy team to shape and deliver integrated marketing, communications and brand initiatives that elevate the hotel’s market position and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated Marketing & Communications strategies aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
• Drive brand visibility and reputation through media relations, influencer collaborations, partnerships and consumer marketing campaigns.
• Manage public‑relations activities, press visits, agency relationships and media enquiries.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, brand activations and CSR initiatives.
• Create compelling content across all communication channels while maintaining consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Oversee marketing performance reporting, campaign analysis, budgeting and annual planning.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Revenue, Operations, Spa and Food & Beverage teams to support revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Build strategic partnerships that enhance guest engagement and market presence.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in luxury hospitality, luxury retail, tourism, lifestyle brands or agency environments.
• Proven track record in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Brand Management and partnership development.
• Strong understanding of luxury‑hotel brand standards and commercial strategy.
