Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will coordinate and execute marketing activities across retail stores, internal events, partner activations and promotional campaigns. The role blends office planning with hands‑on field work, ensuring every campaign is delivered accurately, professionally and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end implementation of marketing campaigns, creating execution plans, timelines, checklists and deployment schedules.
• Ensure production, delivery and installation of branding and promotional materials before launch.
• Support planograms, displays and conduct store visits to document before‑and‑after implementation.
• Plan and execute events, launches, roadshows and activations, handling venues, branding, suppliers, giveaways, logistics and staffing.
• Manage partner, agency and supplier requirements, request quotations, compare proposals and follow up on timelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, consolidate KPI results and build presentations using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilise AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for drafting, copy improvement and action‑plan organization, reviewing all output for confidentiality.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing execution, retail marketing, events, activations or visual merchandising.
• Comfortable working both in office and in the field, visiting stores and supporting events.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, commercially aware and proactive.
• Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Qatar driving licence and willingness to travel, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
