Video Producer

About the role

We are looking for a Video Producer to lead and execute the company’s video content strategy across digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on experience in videography and video editing, combined with the ability to manage and guide a creative content team. This role requires someone who can take a video project from concept and planning through filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute video content strategies for social media and digital platforms.
• Personally handle videography, filming, lighting, framing, and audio recording when required.
• Edit high‑quality videos for social media, campaigns, advertisements, events, and corporate communications.
• Manage the complete video production process from concept development to final delivery.
• Lead and manage video editors, videographers, graphic designers, and other creative team members.
• Assign tasks, manage production schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and video treatments.
• Create short‑form content such as Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
• Produce longer‑form content including interviews, promotional videos, corporate videos, and event coverage.
• Coordinate with marketing, social media, and other departments to align content with campaign objectives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in videography, video production, and editing.
• Strong hands‑on videography experience with professional cameras and video equipment.
• Proven experience managing or leading a creative/video production team.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera techniques, sound, and post‑production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in the Qatar/GCC market is an advantage.
