Marketing Manager - Automotive

About the role

The Marketing Manager develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the company's automotive brand, increase vehicle sales and aftersales business, generate qualified leads and enhance customer engagement. The role oversees digital and traditional marketing activities, campaigns, events, promotions, brand communications and marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies and prepare plans and budgets for vehicle sales, aftersales, parts and other automotive activities
• Identify market trends, customer preferences, competitor activity and new opportunities
• Manage digital campaigns across social media, search engines, websites, email and other platforms, and coordinate SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and paid advertising with agencies and internal teams
• Run lead-generation campaigns and monitor website performance, enquiries, engagement and conversion rates
• Plan campaigns for new and used vehicles, seasonal promotions, launches, offers and special events, working with Sales and Aftersales teams
• Support product launches, test drives, roadshows, exhibitions and customer events, and develop promotional materials and offers
• Apply brand guidelines consistently and manage brand positioning, advertising materials, brochures, signage and showroom branding
• Oversee the social media strategy and content calendar, including vehicle photography, videos, reels and customer stories
• Carry out market research and competitor analysis, and advise management on recommendations
• Plan and budget events, and work with CRM and Sales teams on customer acquisition, retention and aftersales campaigns
