Content Creator (Instagram Reels)

About the role

A full-time Content Creator for Instagram Reels based in Lusail, Doha. The role is hands-on: you write the script, shoot it on a phone, edit it and post it, then check the retention graph the next day to improve the next piece. It is a creator role, not a coordinator role.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch short-form concepts weekly: trends, skits, formats and series that fit each brand's voice.
• Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks and Shorts end to end, mostly solo and often on a phone.
• Write hooks, captions and on-screen text that capture attention in the first three seconds.
• Turn studio shoots into a month of vertical cutdowns.
• Track retention, saves and shares and use them to shape the next batch.
• Keep an ear on trending audio, formats and platform changes across the GCC.

Required profile

• A personal portfolio of short-form video you made yourself; the numbers matter less than the taste.
• Genuine comedic timing and a feel for pacing.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a serious advantage for local audiences.
• Nice to have: your own audience, experience with food, retail or hospitality brands.

Required skills

• Editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
• Nice to have: motion graphics or After Effects basics.
