About the role

Rosewood Doha is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing strategy across a luxury hospitality and lifestyle destination. The role will shape online presence, drive guest engagement, and support revenue growth through innovative campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Create and maintain the property’s social media channels and editorial calendar.
• Analyse performance data, report ROI and KPIs, and adjust spend based on insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop landing pages, improve digital user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Lead online retail strategy, manage the online store and mentor the Digital Marketing Executive.

• Proactive approach to department management and opportunity identification.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience.
• Brand ambassador who upholds brand integrity and company values.
