Marketing Officer – Training & Partnerships

About the role

KAHRAMAA is looking for a dynamic Marketing Officer to promote its technical training programmes across Qatar and the Middle East. The role blends marketing, business development and training coordination to support workforce development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for KAHRAMAA’s training portfolio.
• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns targeting internal and external audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with training partners, educational institutions and external providers.
• Assess, evaluate and onboard potential training partners ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with business units to identify current and future training needs.
• Support business‑development initiatives to expand training partnerships.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and prepare reports.
• Ensure all activities comply with organisational policies, health & safety and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and coordination abilities.
• Experience working with internal departments, educational institutions and external training providers.
• Knowledge of health, safety and quality compliance requirements.

Required skills
