Event Production Manager

About the role

The Event Production Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Zone 39, responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end production of events. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, developing detailed production plans, and ensuring technical, logistical and operational elements meet high standards. The manager will also monitor budgets, manage timelines, and address any issues that arise during planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end event production and ensure quality delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and vendors to align expectations.
• Develop comprehensive event production plans and schedules.
• Manage timelines, vendor relationships and on‑site setup.
• Supervise production staff and conduct site inspections.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, track costs and optimise expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong event planning and production experience from concept to completion.
• Solid production management capabilities, including technical setups and vendor coordination.
• Effective communication skills for client and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Sound budgeting abilities to plan, track and optimise event costs.
• Relevant qualification such as a degree or diploma in Event Management, Production, Business or related field.
• Prior experience in live events, corporate functions, exhibitions or large‑scale productions.
• Proven ability to work on‑site in fast‑paced environments while maintaining safety and compliance.
