Math Teacher

About the role

Teachanywhere is seeking a qualified Math Teacher to deliver the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum in Doha. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and contribute to a student‑centred, inquiry‑based learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess mathematics lessons in line with the IB framework.
• Foster a collaborative classroom atmosphere that encourages critical thinking.
• Participate in curriculum development, staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of post‑qualifying teaching experience.
• Qualified teacher status (teaching degree or degree plus teaching qualification such as PGCE).
• Experience with the IB curriculum is highly desirable, though adaptable candidates will be considered.

Required skills

• Knowledge of mathematics curriculum and pedagogical best practices.
