Media Sales Executive

About the role

We are expanding our Media Sales team at Fioreva Studio, a Doha‑based creative and marketing agency. The Media Sales Executive (or Senior/Manager) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving sales of our branding, digital, advertising and production services across the Qatari market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new B2B leads through multiple sales channels.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and pitches to understand needs and propose suitable marketing and creative solutions.
• Prepare, present and follow up on proposals, quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Close deals and manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to contract signing.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline and performance reports.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
• For senior and manager candidates, lead sales strategy development, set targets and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media, advertising or marketing services sales (B2B).
• Strong track record of lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑management abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive and commercially minded.
• Existing business network in Qatar is a strong advantage.
• Leadership experience required for manager‑level candidates.
