Public Sector Strategist

About the role

You will be a leading voice for Mint AI within Qatar’s public sector, helping the nation build its sovereign AI capability. Working directly with the CEO, you will identify where Mint AI can add value, shape engagements and close deals in a fast‑moving, unstructured environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute Mint AI’s go‑to‑market strategy for ministries, agencies and semi‑government entities.
• Earn senior decision‑makers’ trust and act as their AI advisor, from initial conversation through to signed pilot.
• Identify operational challenges and design Arabic‑first AI solutions with clear business cases.
• Lead AI workshops and executive briefings in Arabic and English, and create rapid‑prototype demos.
• Own pitch decks, proposals, commercial models, pricing and ROI calculations, and measure deployment impact.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and professional English.
• 5+ years of public‑sector sales, consulting or advisory experience in Qatar or the GCC.
• Proven track record of shaping and closing complex technology deals, preferably in AI, data or digital transformation.
• Established relationships across Qatar’s government ecosystem and the judgment to navigate it.
• Strong interest in AI with the ability to explain technical ideas simply.
• Commercial literacy including financial modelling, pricing and business‑case development.
• Experience producing executive‑level materials.
