Middle/High School PE Teacher

About the role

Teachanywhere is seeking a qualified Physical Education teacher for middle and high school students in Doha. The role involves delivering the IB curriculum through a student‑centred, inquiry‑based approach over a renewable two‑year contract.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess PE lessons for middle and high school classes.
• Integrate IB principles and promote inquiry‑based learning in sport and health education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross‑curricular projects.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.
• Contribute to the school’s extracurricular sports programmes.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with a minimum of three years post‑qualifying experience.
• Holding a teaching degree or a degree plus a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).
• Ability to adapt to the IB curriculum and a student‑centred inquiry approach.
