Instructional Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to lead the creation of engaging digital learning experiences. The role focuses on designing, developing, and managing e‑learning content and platforms that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e‑learning modules, digital courses, videos, simulations, and other learning assets using adult learning principles.
• Develop storyboards, visual learning assets, and multimedia content that meet defined learning outcomes.
• Administer and support LMS/LXP platforms, handling content uploads, user management, reporting, and learner analytics.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, HR, and business stakeholders to continuously improve digital learning solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging digital learning technologies and AI‑enabled learning solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in digital learning, instructional design, or learning technologies.
• Strong hands‑on experience with digital authoring tools and LMS/LXP platforms.
• Experience working in GCC environments is an advantage.
