Mobile Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled, customer‑focused Mobile Service Technician to perform on‑site vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and minor repairs at customers’ locations. The role requires delivering high‑quality service, meeting manufacturer standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Attend customer locations to inspect, diagnose, maintain and carry out minor vehicle repairs.
• Use appropriate diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical and electronic issues.
• Perform routine servicing such as oil changes, battery checks, brake inspections and filter replacements.
• Provide roadside assistance and emergency service when required.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, parts used and service reports.
