About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Level 2 Network Engineer in Doha. The role covers advanced diagnostics across system, application and infrastructure levels, incident root-cause analysis, and support of network equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics at system, application and infrastructure level, and carry out root-cause analysis for major or recurring incidents, owning permanent fixes.
- Manage OEM support cases under SLA, and handle configuration, firmware and software maintenance and upgrades.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and predictive monitoring.
- Maintain design documents, SOPs and the knowledge base, and mentor Level 2 staff.
- Provide technical assessments to the Change Advisory Board, perform Level 2 diagnosis and hardware swaps, and escalate design issues.
Required profile
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in similar environments.
- Aruba (ACMA/ACSA) or Cisco (CCNA) certification, and ITIL Foundation.
