Operations Manager – Soft Services

About the role

The Operations Manager – Soft Services will lead the delivery and performance of cleaning, hygiene, landscaping, and related services across multiple contracts and sites. You will ensure that service standards meet contractual KPIs, SLAs, HSE requirements and BICSc guidelines while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day soft services operations across several locations, ensuring compliance with contracts and service standards.
• Manage staffing, equipment, materials and consumables to meet operational needs.
• Conduct site inspections, operational audits and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cleaning, waste management, landscaping, pest control, façade cleaning, event support and front‑of‑house services.
• Apply BICSc standards, develop procedures, train supervisors and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle large‑scale government and institutional projects, ensuring strict adherence to KPIs, HSE and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate client inspections, audits, meetings and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing large, complex soft‑services contracts, preferably in the GCC public‑sector or institutional environment.
• Strong operational leadership, commercial awareness and client‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to work in highly regulated, demanding settings while maintaining high service quality.
