Oracle Cloud Test Manager – 10+ Years Experience (Onsite, Doha)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Test Manager to lead and govern the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle of a large‑scale Oracle Cloud implementation program in Doha. The role serves as the central testing point of contact, ensuring quality, governance and successful delivery across multiple Oracle Cloud applications and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and govern comprehensive test strategies and integrated test plans for multiple releases and workstreams.
• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression, Performance, Security, Operational Acceptance (OAT) and Payroll Reconciliation testing.
• Act as primary liaison between business teams, IT, Oracle partners, application teams and third‑party vendors.
• Establish test readiness criteria, environments, data, scripts and execution schedules.
• Lead defect management, including triage, prioritisation, root‑cause analysis and resolution tracking.
• Define and enforce testing governance standards, quality gates and phase sign‑off processes.
• Provide test reporting, dashboards, KPIs and executive status updates.
• Promote test automation and effective use of enterprise testing tools.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise testing programmes.
• Strong background in stakeholder coordination, quality‑assurance governance and release‑readiness activities within Oracle Cloud transformations.
• Proven ability to drive risk‑based testing and ensure traceability between requirements, test scenarios and defects.
