Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant – Performance Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced offshore Oracle EBS HCM Techno‑Functional Consultant specialized in Performance Management to support analysis, enhancements, implementation, troubleshooting and business support for our Oracle HCM suite.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to Oracle HCM and Performance Management.
• Provide techno‑functional support for Oracle HCM modules.
• Configure, troubleshoot and enhance Performance Management processes.
• Support workflow configurations, approvals, notifications and related integrations.
• Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering, testing and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Support UAT activities and deployment coordination.
• Recommend process improvements and automation.
• Work closely with technical teams for customization and reporting requirements.
• Ensure timely support and resolution of operational issues.
• Leverage AI tools and modern technologies to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM modules, particularly Performance Management.
• Good understanding of Oracle E‑Business Suite HRMS / SSHR environment.
• Experience with Oracle workflows and approval processes.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Experience in issue analysis, testing and production support.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working in offshore support engagements.
