Outlet Supervisor

About the role

The Outlet Supervisor will support the overall operations of a Food & Beverage outlet at InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa, ensuring guest satisfaction and business results. This role reports to the Outlet Manager and works closely with the hotel’s standards and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet to deliver efficient and seamless service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to consistently provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with brand and hotel operating procedures.
• Assist the Outlet Manager with scheduling, training, performance management, and team development.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory control, and support upselling initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in Food & Beverage operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team in a hospitality environment.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
