Part‑Time Field IT Support Engineer (Dispatch)

About the role

SkySys is seeking a Part‑Time Field IT Support Engineer to provide on‑site dispatch assistance at client locations in Doha. The role involves 1‑2 visits per month, scheduled with at least 24 hours notice, and supports a range of hardware and software issues.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client sites in Doha to perform on‑site troubleshooting and repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Conduct PC break/fix, printer support, and Smart Hands infrastructure tasks.
• Maintain remote connectivity using a personal laptop and follow NOC instructions.
• Safely lift and move IT equipment up to 50 lbs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of field IT/Desktop support experience.
• Ability to work during Monday‑Friday business hours and respond to short‑notice dispatches.
• Own laptop for remote access and valid work authorization in Qatar.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
