People Operations Executive

About the role

The People Operations Executive is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end employee lifecycle services, ensuring that employee requests and People transactions are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Employee Support & Helpdesk: manage employee requests, triage tickets, and respond to routine inquiries about People Operations processes, benefits and policies.
• Pre‑boarding & Onboarding: coordinate collection and verification of new‑hire documentation, communicate administrative joining requirements and guide new employees before their start date.
• Immigration, Global Mobility & Business Travel: handle visa, QID, work permit and sponsorship processes, track documentation, renewals and expiry dates in partnership with PRO teams.
• Employee Documentation & Records: prepare letters, certificates and other employment‑related documents using approved templates.
• Operational Quality & Process Improvement: maintain operational trackers and audit‑ready records, identify recurring issues or bottlenecks and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience across multiple stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, data management, benefits administration and off‑boarding.
• Working knowledge of Qatar employment administration, QID, work permits and coordination with PRO teams.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms and maintaining employee data.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and stakeholder coordination abilities.
