Chief Shared Services Officer

About the role

Our client is a leading real‑estate and mixed‑use development group in Qatar. The Chief Shared Services Officer will define and execute the shared‑services strategy, consolidating functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Administration and Corporate Services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimisation of shared‑services processes across all business units.
• Establish service standards, drive automation initiatives and continuous process improvement.
• Work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure shared services act as a strategic business partner.
• Maintain high levels of governance, cost optimisation and internal customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Extensive executive leadership experience overseeing shared services in large, diversified organisations.
• Strong expertise in operational excellence, process transformation, governance and ERP implementation.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑functional corporate support teams within the GCC.
• Commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management and a track record of enterprise‑wide operational improvements.
