Physiotherapist – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves assessing, diagnosing and treating patients across the lifespan with neuro‑musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, vascular and neurological conditions, promoting health, independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, including detailed history taking and specific functional tests.
• Formulate diagnoses based on assessment findings and clinical reasoning.
• Develop and communicate individualized intervention plans grounded in the best available evidence.
• Implement physiotherapy interventions safely to relieve pain, improve functional capacity and support physical performance.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Screen for chronic and secondary conditions to enable early prevention and intervention.
• Provide professional advice and education to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Design, deliver and evaluate health‑promotion programs for individuals, families or groups.
• Participate in research activities and apply critical inquiry to practice.
• Manage cases, coordinating service delivery and resource utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to develop evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and research.
