Planning Expert – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Planning Expert who will lead the design and execution of strategic and operational planning initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in planning frameworks, KPI management, and stakeholder coordination, especially within government or large‑scale organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic and operational planning frameworks across the organisation.
• Oversee performance monitoring, KPI management and reporting for all departments.
• Provide guidance on planning methodologies, governance and process improvement.
• Create executive dashboards, forecasts and strategic insights for senior leadership.
• Align projects, objectives and operational plans while monitoring risks and dependencies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and performance evaluation activities.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies and government regulations.
• Mentor junior planning team members as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in strategic planning, PMO, governance or performance management.
• Proven track record leading planning initiatives in government or large enterprises.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI‑PBA or CBAP (preferred).
