Presales Consultant – Apple Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Presales Consultant specialized in Apple solutions to partner with our sales team and help drive revenue growth. The role involves translating customer needs into tailored Apple‑based technology proposals and showcasing the value of Apple’s ecosystem to prospective business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight Apple hardware, software and services.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and design customized Apple solutions that align with their objectives.
• Prepare technical responses to RFPs and draft detailed proposals that communicate both technical capabilities and business benefits.
• Provide the sales team with up‑to‑date technical information, tools and documentation to support the sales cycle.
• Conduct training sessions for sales colleagues on new Apple product features and market positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a pre‑sales or technical sales role, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of successful client engagement and solution selling.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Apple hardware (Mac, iPad, iPhone, etc.).
• Understanding of Apple software and services (macOS, iOS, iCloud, Apple Business Manager, etc.).
• Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem and enterprise integration options.
