Private Client Advisor

About the role

Henley & Partners is seeking a Private Client Advisor to act as an ambassador for the firm, building and nurturing relationships with both intermediary and direct clients. You will focus on converting leads into active client cases by delivering premium onboarding experiences and world‑class advisory services in residency and citizenship planning.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively raise awareness of Henley & Partners’ services by reaching out to potential clients and intermediary partners.
• Research and prepare impactful meetings with introducers, partners, and prospective clients.
• Provide expert advice on residency and citizenship planning to help clients meet their objectives.
• Qualify prospects and conduct initial due‑diligence checks to mitigate operational risk.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Achieve high conversion rates of sales leads into clients and meet annual sales targets for assigned jurisdictions.
• Expand the contact database and maintain up‑to‑date notes in the CRM system.
• Represent the brand positively at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or a related field (advanced degrees a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of customer‑facing sales experience in investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, real‑estate or recruitment.
• Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals is highly valued.
• Multilingual abilities and territorial‑specific experience are advantageous.
