Procurement, Supply Chain & Store Manager

About the role

The Qatar Motor Motorcycle Federation is looking for a Procurement, Supply Chain and Store Manager to lead the acquisition of goods, manage the end‑to‑end supply chain and oversee store inventory for its operations in Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely, cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Manage supply chain processes including inventory management, order processing and distribution.
• Monitor supply chain performance, analyse data and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee store inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Create and maintain policies and procedures for procurement, supply chain and store operations.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan future procurement needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or store management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain principles and best practices.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with supply chain management software.
• Knowledge of local procurement and supply chain regulations.
