Producer – Photography, Videography & Social Media Content

About the role

A customer of Qureos Inc is hiring a creative, hands-on Producer in Doha who handles photography, videography, video editing and social media content. The role covers everything from concept development and shooting to editing, publishing and event coverage, delivering high-quality, brand-compliant content on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and deliver photo and video content for advertising campaigns, brands, social media and events.
• Manage content production schedules and coordinate with the creative team to meet deadlines.
• Produce content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Manage photography, lighting, audio, camera equipment, editing and post-production.
• Maintain organised raw files, final assets and project folders.
• Ensure content meets client briefs, brand guidelines and platform specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, event organisers, freelancers and talent when needed.
• Keep up with creative trends and recommend new content formats and production techniques.
• Adapt to last-minute changes and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced advertising environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in photography, videography, content production, social media or advertising.
• Diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Strong practical photography, videography and editing skills.
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, audio, colour grading and social media formats.
• Strong organisation, communication and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to support shoots, events and occasional evening or weekend assignments.
• A portfolio or showreel is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom or equivalent tools.
• Video editing and post-production.
