Marketing Manager - Hotel

About the role

The Marketing Manager at Delta Hotels City Center Doha creates and executes property-level communications that promote on-brand messaging through traditional, digital and social media channels. The role builds direct marketing plans and targeted campaigns to raise consumer awareness and preference, increase market share and strengthen brand awareness, while showcasing Food and Beverage promotions to guests and local patrons. It sits within the Gulf, Levant & Turkey Marketing team and contributes to the hotel's sales and revenue strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual marketing plan to budget and run promotions with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to drive incremental revenue.
• Act as liaison with third-party agencies on creative and media plans, manage the F&B marketing calendar and verify digital advertising targets the right consumers.
• Manage social media content, run F&B, wedding, spa, room and conference campaigns, and handle online reputation management.
• Develop quarterly PR plans, write press releases, manage media contacts and vendors, coordinate photography and support community and government relations.
• Coordinate hotel and F&B printed materials, collateral and signage, and manage F&B direct marketing.
• Work with Digital Field Marketing to keep the hotel website and related sites up to date and report on digital performance.

Required profile

• 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related major, with 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital or a related field; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred.
• OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related major with 2 years of experience; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
