Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing Digital Enablement team at Qatar Airways. You will shape the user experience of the airline’s mobile app and website, turning research insights and customer feedback into intuitive, friction‑free digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Create user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes based on research and feedback.
• Leverage AI‑enabled design tools to accelerate discovery, ideation, prototyping and delivery.
• Identify design problems and friction points, proposing user‑centered solutions while considering front‑end and back‑end technical constraints.
• Take a research‑driven approach, making data‑informed decisions for new features and presenting them to stakeholders.
• Participate in ideation and concept development with product managers, developers, creative leads and market leads.
• Collaborate with user‑research and testing teams to define success metrics and measure the impact of new developments.
• Work closely with UX leads to standardise tools and solutions across the organisation.
• Support the Head of Department with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven ability to translate research findings into clear design artefacts such as flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary teams that include product managers, developers and creative leads.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑informed design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts and design rationale to stakeholders.
