Programme Delivery Director - Technology

About the role

We are seeking a Programme Delivery Director – Technology to lead large‑scale client engagements in Doha, Qatar. The role combines strategic oversight with deep technical expertise to deliver complex digital transformation programs that generate measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of programmes from initiation to completion, adhering to EPAM standards.
• Manage client relationships at project, programme and governance levels to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks to maintain delivery quality and achieve objectives.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, proposals and statements of work.
• Oversee multiple activity streams, ensuring alignment with SDLC and IT service‑management processes.
• Take ownership of financial, sourcing, implementation and compliance outcomes.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary, multi‑location teams to manage estimates, road‑maps and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience leading large, multi‑team programmes (100+ FTE, multi‑year) in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑level digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding $10 M annually.
• Executive‑level communication skills with VP and C‑level stakeholders.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
