Project Manager – Facility Operations & BMS

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of a large‑scale facility. The role combines strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems with proven leadership of multidisciplinary maintenance teams to ensure client satisfaction and contractual success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of a large facility.
• Lead the maintenance team to execute preventive, corrective, and predictive activities efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, client KPIs, and service level agreements.
• Review technical reports, engineering proposals, maintenance strategies, and system performance analyses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships through regular communication.
• Prepare project reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guarantee adherence to HSE, quality, and statutory regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including senior management roles.
• Proven experience managing large facilities management or maintenance contracts.
• Strong track record of achieving client KPIs and contractual milestones.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Siemens Building Management System (BMS) or equivalent platform.
• Building Management Systems expertise.
• HVAC, electrical and mechanical system knowledge.
• Building automation systems.
• Project management methodologies (e.g., PMP certification preferred).
