Project Manager – Network Infrastructure, ELV & Data Centre

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale ICT, network infrastructure, ELV and data centre projects for enterprise and government clients. You will be the primary customer‑facing representative, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, developing detailed plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Oversee technical delivery of enterprise network, LAN/WAN/WiFi, data centre, structured cabling, ELV, CCTV, access control, virtualization and server/storage solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and vendors, monitoring performance and compliance with project standards.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, consultants, OEMs and senior management, providing status updates and executive reporting.
• Support procurement and logistics for project materials and equipment.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of project management experience in ICT, telecom or system integration environments.
• Proven track record delivering network infrastructure, ELV and data centre projects for government or large enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and commercial management.
• Experience handling multi‑vendor, multi‑million‑dollar portfolios, preferably in the GCC region.
