Project Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

Castamo is seeking a proactive Project Sales & Business Development Executive to generate new business, build professional relationships, and bring qualified clients to the showroom. This hands‑on role combines field sales with showroom support and requires a split‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Morning shift (9:00‑13:00): Identify and contact potential companies, conduct field visits to contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, hotels, restaurants and procurement departments.
• Introduce Castamo’s furniture, custom manufacturing, interior design and fit‑out services, and arrange qualified client meetings and showroom visits.
• Generate new project opportunities through calls, visits, networking and professional follow‑up.
• Evening shift (19:00‑22:00): Welcome showroom visitors, understand project requirements and coordinate with the design team for moodboards, BOQs and quotations.
• Follow up on leads, update the CRM after every interaction, prepare prospect lists and daily call/visit plans, and assist with showroom operations until closing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience in Qatar.
• Experience in furniture, interior design, fit‑out, construction or related sectors is strongly preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and good English.
• Valid Qatar driving licence (car preferred).
• Proven ability to conduct cold calls, field visits and face‑to‑face business meetings.
