Public Relations Manager – Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Public Relations Manager to lead the PR and communications function for The Ned Doha, a luxury hotel and private members club in Qatar. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the brand’s narrative across local, regional and international markets, supporting the hotel’s hospitality, dining, wellness and membership pillars.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated PR and communications strategy that enhances brand visibility and supports commercial objectives.
• Manage external PR agencies and partners, set performance targets, review deliverables and ensure alignment with brand positioning.
• Build and nurture relationships with media, luxury lifestyle publications, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure editorial coverage.
• Produce press releases, media kits, executive speeches, brand narratives and thought‑leadership content.
• Plan and execute media events, press trips, influencer collaborations, launch activations and experiential campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, Membership and Operations teams to maintain consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably within hospitality or luxury brands.
• Proven track record of leading agency relationships and delivering high‑impact media coverage.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
