Receptionist – Front Office

About the role

Chef Middle East is seeking a friendly, professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients and colleagues, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and general reception enquiries.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and courier requests.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Admin team as required.
• Maintain a tidy, professional and well‑organized reception area.
• Assist with day‑to‑day office administration and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑office administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, courteous and customer‑focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work effectively in a busy environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
