About the role
We are looking for an experienced, customer‑focused Receptionist to join our resort team in Sealine, Qatar. The role ensures a welcoming and professional guest experience while managing all front‑desk activities and coordinating with other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, handle check‑in and check‑out, manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Answer incoming calls and liaise with housekeeping and other resort departments to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain compliance with resort policies and service standards.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel, resort or front‑office operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Arabic language proficiency preferred.
- Willingness to work in Sealine Camp on rotational shifts.
