Recruitment Officer – FM & Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer to lead the hiring process for Facilities Management and Engineering positions. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth end‑to‑end recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment processes.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for FM and engineering roles.
• Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
• Handle offer management, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and produce regular hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for Facilities Management and Engineering positions.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and recruitment regulations is a plus.
