About the role
The Luxury Collection is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Reservations Agent to handle reservation requests, changes and cancellations for guests in Doha, Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
- Identify guest reservation needs and determine the appropriate room type.
- Verify availability of room types and rates, and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
- Input and access data in the reservation system, including special room reservation codes.
- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and accommodate special requests.
- Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
