About the role
Kempinski is looking for a Reservations Agent in its Revenue & Reservations department in Doha, Qatar. The agent's main aim is to process as many reservation requests as possible while meeting Kempinski standards and keeping data accurate and up to date.
Key responsibilities
- Review daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance by segment and source, system close-outs and rate availability
- Ensure client satisfaction and adherence to Kempinski service standards
- Follow internal credit policy
- Follow up on lost business and share information with department superiors
- Spot-check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals
- Test calls LQA / IFH results above 85%
- Follow the internal up-sell programme for the Reservations department
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Required profile
- Knowledge of either Fidelio V6 or Opera PMS is essential
- Excellent oral and written English; an additional language is an advantage
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to investigate systems malfunctions or user-input errors
