About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking an energetic and inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead its dining operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while guiding a high‑performing team in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and high‑quality service delivery.
• Create memorable guest experiences by upholding high hospitality standards.
• Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve their best performance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to support operational success.
• Monitor guest feedback and proactively enhance service experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Culinary and other departments for seamless operations.
• Support financial goals through effective cost control and revenue generation initiatives.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and brand standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury or high‑volume hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams.
• Guest‑focused mindset and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid operational knowledge of Food & Beverage service.
• Organised, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, hands‑on approach to leadership.
