Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas in West Bay, Doha. You will ensure high standards of service, sanitation, and menu quality while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards across all dining outlets.
• Plan and adjust staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals.
• Lead the food‑and‑beverage team, providing coaching, mentorship and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, food‑handling regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and improve guest experience, addressing issues promptly during peak periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen and procurement to support menu planning and cost control.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards and liquor‑service regulations.
