About the role
We are seeking a Rigging Supervisor to lead rigging and lifting activities on an oil‑and‑gas shutdown project in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will coordinate rigging crews, ensure safe execution of lifts, and support the overall shutdown schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all rigging and lifting operations during the shutdown.
- Plan and allocate rigging resources and equipment.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and rigging procedures.
- Coordinate with other discipline supervisors to align activities.
- Maintain accurate records of lifts, inspections, and personnel.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in oil‑and‑gas or shutdown projects.
- Proven experience supervising rigging activities.
- Strong knowledge of lifting and rigging procedures.
- Familiarity with rigging safety requirements.
- Ability to coordinate and lead a crew effectively.
