Safety & Security Supervisor

About the role

The Safety & Security Supervisor will lead the protection of Azizi Foods' two office locations – 21 High St. and ABA Tower – including showrooms, boutiques, and a café. You will oversee a team of security personnel, implement preventive measures, and ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain overall security of both premises, applying maximum security and SOP protocols.
• Develop and enforce preventive measures to mitigate financial loss and safety risks.
• Track, record, and investigate minor and major incidents.
• Lead and coordinate the security team’s daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with regional accommodation regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar security supervisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complaints, multitask, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• High mobility and flexibility in working hours.
• Knowledge of regional accommodation regulations.
• Capability to demonstrate basic first‑aid and emergency protocols.

Required skills

• NEBOSH certification (advantageous).
• First‑aid training.
