Sales Account Manager – IT Services & Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive new business and expand strategic enterprise and government accounts across Qatar. You will manage a broad portfolio of IT solutions, including networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems integration and managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic enterprise and government accounts throughout Qatar.
• Generate new business while growing existing customer relationships.
• Sell a comprehensive portfolio covering networking, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, systems integration and managed/professional services.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT leaders, procurement teams and other senior decision‑makers.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Identify upcoming projects, tenders and technology investment opportunities within target accounts.
• Manage RFPs, RFQs and tenders in close collaboration with presales and technical teams.
• Work with solution architects to design commercially and technically appropriate solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B technology sales or account management experience.
• Proven track record selling IT solutions, services or systems integration to large enterprises and government customers.
• Strong existing relationships and market knowledge in Qatar (highly desirable).
• Ability to engage both technical stakeholders and C‑level decision‑makers.
• Native Arabic speaker and fluent English.
