Network Security Specialist – Full‑time in Doha

About the role

Metax Cyber Security Services is seeking an experienced Network Security Specialist to join its team in Doha. The role focuses on managing and securing the organization’s network infrastructure while supporting incident response and vulnerability remediation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot network security infrastructure including firewalls, IPS, VPNs, proxy servers and Web Application Firewalls.
• Lead security operations, incident response and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Maintain comprehensive asset inventory and oversee its management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in asset inventory and management.
• Hands‑on experience with network security technologies and BMC Remedy ITSM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
