Sales Consultant – B2B

About the role

A full-time onsite Sales Consultant is sought in Doha, Qatar, to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate has B2B sales experience, strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of the Qatari market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and market research.
• Build, manage and expand client relationships across corporate, SME and financial sectors.
• Understand client needs and propose customised product or service solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention and repeat business.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and industry developments in Qatar.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance teams for seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
• Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and business culture in Qatar.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
