About the role
We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our GCC market strategy from Qatar, driving revenue growth for Mozn’s AI‑powered solutions in financial crime prevention and enterprise knowledge intelligence. The role will focus on government, banking, fintech and large enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development plan for the GCC region.
- Identify, engage and negotiate with key decision‑makers in government, banks, fintech firms and regulators.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, targeting multi‑million‑USD deals.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
- Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends and competitive landscape to position Mozn as a market leader.
- Collaborate with product, marketing and customer‑success teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Represent Mozn at industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility.
- Utilise CRM tools and data‑driven insights to track performance and optimise sales activities.
Required profile
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in the GCC, preferably within financial crime, AML, risk, compliance or RegTech.
- Proven track record of achieving multi‑million‑USD annual quotas and closing complex $1M+ deals.
- Strong regional network with tier‑1 banks, fintechs, regulators or government entities.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently and scale a market from limited presence.
- Structured sales discipline with forecasting, pipeline coverage and CRM hygiene.
